The Teardown is an automated analysis of your website written by an AI model from your answers and your site's public content. It is offered free, as information to help you decide what to do next. It can be wrong in places, and it is not professional advice. Decisions you make from it are yours.

Run it on your own website, or one you are responsible for. Running it in bulk, on sites you have no connection with, or through scripts is not permitted, and we limit how often it can be run to keep it available to everyone.

The Brand Repair, $497. Bought from a finished Teardown. Rewritten messaging for the homepage the Teardown analysed, delivered to your account within 2 business days of purchase.

The Brand Blueprint, $4,997. Your brand and communication strategy, chosen with you in a live session and written down. Delivered within 2 weeks of the strategy session. The Blueprint needs your participation: an onboarding, an interview, and the session itself. Dates move with your availability, not the other way round.

The Brand Build is project work scoped and priced per engagement, under a separate written agreement.

Prices are in US dollars and are paid once, in full, through Stripe at checkout. The price you see on the page when you buy is the price you pay.

Thirty days, full refund. Email hello@thebrandpunk.com within 30 days of your purchase and say you would like a refund. No form. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within ten business days.

Once paid for, the Repair and the Blueprint belong to you, to use in your business however you like. We keep the method, the system, and the prompts that produce them.

We do not publish your Teardown, your Repair, or your Blueprint, and we do not name you as a client, without your written permission.

You confirm that the website and material you give us are yours to share, and that you have the right to have them analysed.

Your Teardown, Repair, and Blueprint live behind links sent to your email address. Anyone with the link can open them, so treat the links like a password. You can request fresh links from the sign-in page at any time.

Brand strategy changes what a business says. Whether that turns into more customers depends on many things we do not control, so we do not promise a business result. What we promise is the work described on the offer pages, delivered as described, and the refund above if it is not what you wanted.

Our total liability to you for anything arising from the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for it. The site is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will always be available.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Anything we cannot settle by talking is settled in the courts of San Diego County.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes. A purchase is governed by the terms in force on the day you made it. How we handle your information is in the privacy page.
